This team is responsible for coordinating the audio visual needs with Kyra and musicians, running the equipment during the retreat, and renting and returning any necessary AV or musical equipment.
- Complete some training prior to event day
- Assist wiht microphones, cassettes, CDs, and other materials
- Set-up music system and assist during event
